Project 2
In this project I had to us eco, fruity delay bank, Fruity squeeze, and the fruit muiltiband compress. The eco controls how the sound comes out and how smooth it does. You can make the sound come out like a really low bass sound or make it come out nice and loud. I use the eco to add more affect on my kick drum. The fruity delay bank is a tool where if you want a sound to repeat you aplly this to it and there will be a repeat kinda like when you yell hello in the mountains and you hear yourself saying hello. I use the fruity delay bank to delay one of my kick drums near the end of the song. The fruity squeeze adds more like a weird sound to the sound you want it to. it makes it sound like you are listing to a bad raido station but you can control how much and how little you want. I had just the right amount to the guitar for the whole song. I was kinda going for a prodicy (the band) sound. Finally the fruit muiltiband compress makes the sound more compress to add a smooth sound to the song. I didn't had to use it to much because I didn't want to change my sound of the guitar but I like how it came out.

Hey buddy XD
ReplyDeleteI liked it, boohyah for bass :P
I kinda felt like you went for the softer sound, nice.
And the kick-drum (whatever it was that you added that was a percussion in there) kept it interesting.
Good job, JJ. :)
I also liked your Drum Loop. By the way, you're good at making longer ones. At max, mine are usually like 30 seconds or I end up getting like wicked repetitive.
Peace out

haha
What happened to the wonderful comment I left on YOUR account on YOUR post the other day? PSH.
Tell me how it went. I got mine to work fully.
I didn't really get the difference between the processed and the unprocessed sounds in this project. I'm wondering how the Squeeze function changed the sound of your loop. The melodic material was rather repetitive.
